The Board of Directors Candidates for both the Cooper Farms HOA and REC Associations will meet at the clubhouse on Monday, February 3rd.

The HOA meeting will be at 6:30 PM and the

REC meeting will follow at 7:30 PM.

Any resident of Cooper Farms who wishes to attend this Special Meeting to observe may attend at the date and time specified.

Please Note:

This is a Special Meeting for the Board Candidates to elect amongst themselves who will serve as Officers and Directors on the Board of Directors for each Association for the next term.

Any non board candidate resident present will not be asked to speak at this meeting so the Board can properly conduct business; there will not be an open forum. Your presence at this meeting will serve as purely informative.

Cooper Farms is a community of neary 600 homes and growing. Located off Mt. Washington Road, just south of the Gene Snyder Freeway, off Preston Highway. For New Owners: If you are new to the neighborhood or selling your home in Cooper Farms, it is important to contact Mulloy Properties to let them know there is a change of Ownership. Many homes in Cooper Farms sell and change ownership and we are never contacted to update our records. It is important to have the owner of record in our data base to recieve community related communications and to bill the appropriate party for the annual assessments.
